There's a lot of talk about 'jumping backwards' in the snatch and clean and jerk. and what's right vs. what's wrong.
here's what's for sure..
Jumping Forward is never right
Jumping Backward might, or might not be right depending on bar positioning.
What I'm sayin' is...
You don't have to worry about a jump back, unless you have a gross tendency to miss forward.
