If you haven't talked to someone about doing the palm beach open yet... do it. Whether your 'good' at weightlifting or you need some work.. Doing a weightlifting meet is an easy way to add a few pounds on to your snatch and clean & jerk.
Not to mention.. it's always fun showing up to other gyms event a part of the biggest/baddest group they've every seen :p
