Monday officially starts what we're going to call our 'Pre-Season'

If you haven't talked to someone about doing the palm beach open yet... do it. Whether your 'good' at weightlifting or you need some work.. Doing a weightlifting meet is an easy way to add a few pounds on to your snatch and clean & jerk.

Not to mention.. it's always fun showing up to other gyms event a part of the biggest/baddest group they've every seen :p

Noon training Saturday. it's a fun one you won't want to miss.


A. Power Snatch; 3 reps @ 75%, x5 sets
